Rentakia operates under the applicable Spanish and European regulatory framework. Each investment project is validated by an investment firm (ESI) registered with the CNMV, and the security tokens are registered with an ERIR supervised by the CNMV. The collateral for each investment is registered in the Land Registry or the Commercial Registry, depending on the product.
