You sign up, verify your identity (KYC or KYB) and complete an appropriateness test. Then you choose a project and amount and subscribe.
How to invest and exitWhat protects you
The security is the asset: first-ranking mortgage or ownership of the property, registered in public registries. Each project is validated by a CNMV-registered investment firm.
GuaranteesYour return
You are paid through tranche liquidation: first you recover your capital, then your minimum return and, finally, any surplus.
ReturnsLiquidity
You do not have to wait until maturity: sell your position on the secondary market or use your tokens as collateral to obtain financing.
