Rentakia is an investment platform that operates in compliance with the applicable Spanish and European regulatory framework. Each project is validated by an investment firm registered with the CNMV, and its tokens are registered with an ERIR supervised by the CNMV.

    URSUS CAPITAL AV, S.A., a CNMV-registered entity, registers the security tokens and enables their transferability to third parties.

    Investor rights and issuer obligations are registered in the Commercial Registry.

  • Land Registry

    For Mortgage Bonds, the first-rank mortgage guarantee is registered in the Land Registry.
