We process the data you provide through the site's forms or when contacting us:

• Consultation request: name, email address, phone number and information about your investment profile (amount and horizon). Purpose: to manage your request, contact you and show opportunities that fit your profile.
• Email enquiries: the data you include in your message. Purpose: to handle and respond to your enquiry.
• Browsing: technical data associated with use of the site. (cookie policy).

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing form data is your consent, given by ticking the corresponding box and submitting the form, which you may withdraw at any time. Handling enquiries is based on pre-contractual measures requested by you and on our legitimate interest in responding.

Some services are provided using distributed ledger technology (Base network), and certain information may be stored in decentralized storage (IPFS); information recorded on-chain is pseudonymous. We may also disclose your data to public administrations and authorities where legally required.

6. International transfers
